The Marriage Office Mandurah offers friendly and personable Celebrant services and can connect you to wedding supplier contacts to help you plan your dream wedding, either here at the Marriage Office, or at your dream location. Our services are simple and easy so you can concentrate on enjoying this magical moment in time together.

However big or small your wedding, the Marriage Office Mandurah can help. We conduct small ceremonies at our beautiful marina location, or we can connect you to services for weddings at different locations. So if you are looking for a simple, easy wedding or a wedding with all the bells and whistles, our little boutique wedding venue is a great starting point to ask questions, get connected and start planning your dream wedding.

The Notice of Intended Marriage form (NOIM) is the legal document you need to complete to lodge your intended marriage. This has to be checked and ‘accepted’ by your Celebrant at least 1 month before your intended marriage date, so bear this in mind with your planning ahead.
It is a good idea to send your completed page 3 to the Marriage Office before your meeting so Michelle can check this in advance.
There is no need to seek a JP or Police Officer to sign the NOIM, Michelle can do this for you when you meet. If you live further afield, get in touch so Michelle can discuss your options.
Registry Style Wedding - The Beautiful Basic's
Cost $695
Ideal if you just want to get married in the simplest and intimate way possible.
Please note the ‘Beautiful Basics’ service does not include a ceremony, just a short traditional registry style wedding.
This marriage service doesn’t take long, however you can utilise the venue for up to ½ hour so you can socialise and take lots of photos.
What’s included:
- An initial in person or online consultation.
- Assistance with completing the Notice of Intended Marriage document
- The elegantly styled and furnished Serenity Room
- Booking allocation 30 mins
- Wedding car parking bay for 3o mins
- Bring your rings and personal vows if you wish
- Marina waterfront location
- Town beach and beautiful reserves a short walk away for more photo opportunities
- Many local hospitality & accommodation options to continue your celebrations.
Please note this service does not include a rehearsal

Registry Style Wedding - The Full Ceremony
Cost: $995
The Full Ceremony follows the format of a traditional wedding. It includes a beautiful scripted intimate ceremony where you can enjoy the full wedding experience in our stunning Serenity Room.
Enter through our barn doors to the beautiful furnishings, decor, use of a Bluetooth speaker, an opportunity to walk down the aisle and to share the moment with your guests. The Serenity Room has 20 white Tiffany wedding chairs and room for a further 10+ guests standing.
The ceremony takes around 20 minutes however you can utilise the venue for up to 1 hour so you can socialise and take lots of photos.
The Full Ceremony follows a traditional wedding ceremony format:
- Walk down the aisle
- Celebrants welcome
- Significance of marriage
- A beautiful poem
- Any personalisation you wish to include
- The legal wording
- Opportunity for you to exchange personal vows and rings (optional)
- Signing of the Marriage Certificates
- A big congratulations for the newly married couple
- Walk out to your chosen music
- Photos and social time
What’s included:
- An initial in person or online consultation.
- Assistance with completing the Notice of Intended Marriage document
- Use of the elegant Serenity Room, entered through double barn doors having your own private space.
- 20 chairs for guests and some room for standing, allows for around 30 guests comfortably.
- Furnished with a signing table, décor, a wooden arbour and has air con.
- Connect via Bluetooth to our speaker for your wedding music

Just want to say the minimum legal wording and sign the documents?
We can accomodate this during off peak hours around our other bookings.
Please note this service is for you two and your two witnesses only and will be carried out at the office desk as a formality. Ideal for couples planning a ceremony overseas and just want the legal aspects completed. This offer cannot be booked more than 2 months in advance.
