Please download the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) and read all the instructions carefully. This is a legal document.

Please complete page 3 only and write identical to what is on your ID. (Your Birth Certificate holds most of the information).

You are welcome to have your NOIM checked and witnessed by an authorised person as stated on page 4 of the NOIM, however Michelle is authorised to witness this and sign it when you all meet.

Top tips:

Preferably type or write in black pen in CAPITALS.
Please do not abbreviate names and double check all your spellings.
Include yours and your parents’ middle names.
Your birthplace should state 3 reference points: (town/state/country, matching your ID).
